Pavić's Unique Item has come out in French for the first time this year, 2021, just before the author's birthday on October 15th.
The novel, published by Dereta in 2004, has now been printed by young French publisher Monts Metalliferes, translated by Marija Bežanovska.

The Japanese publisher Kawade Shobo Sinsha published texts by Andirć, Pavić and Kiš in the "Eastern European of mysterious story collection ". Andrić is represented by the story "Ivory Woman", by Pavić with an excerpt from the "Khazar Dictionary - Efrosinija Lukarević", while Kiš is represented by the story from the "Encyclopedia of the Dead - Mirror of the Unknown".
The Parisian publisher "Attila" (Le Nouvel Attila) published for the first time Pavić's novel Writing Box in French, translated by Maria Bežanovska. To remind, the same publisher published a reissue of Dictionary of the Khazars in 2015. where the book won a design award. The cover was once again designed by Gabrielle Coze.
After 32 years, a new edition of Pavic's masterpiece has just been published in Italy by VOLAND.
